On June 1st the SocialB partners from Slovenian organized introductory virtual meeting of national Advisory Group. The aim of the meeting was to meet for the first time and inform members of the group about the SocialB project and tasks at hand. Mrs. Irma Potočnik Slavič, Department of Geography, Faculty of Arts, University of Ljubljana, briefly described the aims of the project and thanked the members of the group for their decision to participate as group members.
The first task for our joint team is informing target groups of the project and inviting them to participate in the surveys that are set up for each of the three target groups: Social Enterprises, SE Advisors & Advisory Organizations, and SE Social Partners & Social Collaborators. The group members provided valuable input from their past experience, which will be incorporated in the surveys.
Group members are looking forward to cooperation and the results that will eventually emerge from the project.
Slovenian SocialB Advisory Group members are Mrs. Marinka Vovk, Mrs. Lara Žmaher, Mrs. Tatjana Rakar, Mrs. Mojca Žganec Metelko and Mr. Andrej Udovč. Each of them has worked in the field of social entrepreneurship either as a social entrepreneur or as a member of support institution or education institution with programs related to social entrepreneurship.
