Why are human resources so important and what is their role within the social enterprise? These are just some of the questions that the module tries to answer. The purpose of the module is to supply a specific learning framework able to aid in the definition of some of the main policies for the work relationship management, all bearing a particular concern for the social enterprises’ specific.
At the end of the module, learners will have a comprehensive view on the human resource management within the SEs.
